Just a small update for clarification...if anyone even cares. While reading through Stephen King's work I've come to realize that there is a whole lot of them. Some are very obscure and some aren't always included in lists of his work. The list I had been using I noticed left off some that I consider to be important and I want to read as well as some things seemed to be out of order. I am now using a different list to follow that only includes novels, novellas, story collections and nonfiction. When finished with these I might go back and hunt down some limited editions and articles.
So what does this mean? I'm gonna do a little bit of backtracking. I'm currently reading Christine as I write this and then I will go back and read ones that I missed (pun intended, it'll be funny in a minute) before continuing onward. Those being The Mist (get it? Mist? missed? it isn't funny if I have to explain it) and The Plant Installment 1.
Unfortunately and confusingly it isn't easy to find a cohesive list of all of Stephen King's work so I'm just going to try my best and follow this list. Before you ask if I tried stephenking.com the answer is yes, but it was not compatible with what I am trying to do. If you notice I miss something, please let me know! I want to read as much as I can :)
